Corporate Dignity and the Assurance of Sustainability in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Certified Human Centric Organization (CHCO.tc™) is a global certification authority, founded to protect an organization's balance sheet, its institutional memory, its reputation and human dignity in an age where the wave of digitalisation and automation is making business mechanical.
Our Mission
Our mission is to take the claim of “human-centricity” out of surface-level PR, and to measure, audit and certify the balance of People, Process and System against independent standards, by assessing customer, employee and stakeholder relationships on one whole human axis (PRM).
We aim to integrate technology into corporate structures not as something that replaces the human being, but as a “lever that turns a pawn into a queen” that lifts the drudgery off people and carries them towards strategic and conscientious thinking.
Governance
Our Governance Principles
CHCO.tc™ builds its institutional legitimacy and its independence on four core principles, defined to international standards:
- 01
Independence and Separation of Duties
CHCO.tc™ only sets the standard, measures and audits. It never sells transformation consultancy, process design or restoration services to the organizations it audits. The standard-setting authority and the bodies that provide consultancy are entirely separate: administratively, financially, and in their decision-making.
- 02
Objective Data and DOMINE™ Cross-Verification
Certification decisions rest on demonstrable data, not on declarations. Measurement is carried out by cross-verifying the Management Declaration, the Employee Data and the Customer and Stakeholder Experience mathematically.
- 03
Ethical Arbitration and Advisory Board Oversight
Certification standards, evaluation thresholds and any file under appeal are supervised by the independent Strategic Advisory Board of academics and industry leaders. The CHCO.tc™ management cannot change a certification decision unilaterally.
- 04
Confidentiality and a Focus on Restoration (NDA)
Organizations that fall below the threshold score in an audit are not disclosed publicly; the process is protected by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). The aim is not to punish organizations but to give them a 6 to 12 month “CHCO.tc™ Candidate” window, together with an Invisible Friction Report setting out where they fall short.
