Question 2

What is CHCO.tc™, and why was it founded?

Accepted Answer

CHCO.tc™ (Certified Human Centric Organization) is an independent body that measures and certifies whether companies are managed with a human-centric approach. Our aim is to encourage human-focused transformation in the corporate world and to support sustainable profitability.

Question 3

Who can start the corporate application?

Accepted Answer

The application is usually started by senior management or by the manager responsible for human resources and transformation. The management team's participation is required in the HCT Discovery survey and in the DOMINE and V10 measurements.

Question 4

Kurumsal başvuruyu kim başlatabilir?

Accepted Answer

Question 5

Hangi tarayıcı ve cihazlar desteklenir?

Accepted Answer

Keşif ve anket arayüzleri modern tarayıcılar (güncel Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) için optimize edilir. Mobil uyumluluk sağlanır; kurumsal proxy veya kısıtlı ağlarda erişim sorunları yaşanırsa BT ekibinizle birlikte test edilmesi önerilir.

Question 6

Which browsers and devices are supported?

Accepted Answer

The HCT Discovery and survey interfaces are optimised for modern browsers (current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge). They also work on mobile devices. If you have access problems behind a corporate proxy or on a restricted network, we recommend testing together with your IT team.

Question 7

Bağlantı ve veri aktarımı güvenli mi?

Accepted Answer

Question 8

Are connections and data transfers secure?

Accepted Answer

Data transfer is encrypted with HTTPS and protected by access controls. Role-based access and session management are configured in line with corporate account policies.

Question 9

Sertifikasyon süreci nasıl işliyor?

Accepted Answer

Question 10

How does the certification process work?

Accepted Answer

The process has four stages. In the first stage, the company's management completes the HCT Discovery survey. In the second stage, the DOMINE Index and V10 Leadership measurements are carried out: management and employees complete their input according to their roles, and the employee section of the DOMINE Index is assessed anonymously. In the third stage, our team observes the organization on site. In the final stage, the HCT Discovery, DOMINE and V10 findings are interpreted together and the certification decision is made.

Question 11

Question 12

How do we open an account for a holding company or a group of companies rather than a single company?

Accepted Answer

For group structures, the scope of the assessment (a single entity or its subsidiaries) is agreed before the contract. The options considered are a separate set of measurements and certificates for each organization, or a combined model at group level.

Question 13

I forgot my password or my account is locked. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. If your account keeps getting locked, your corporate administrator or our support line can check its status.

Question 14

Faturalama ve ödeme koşulları nasıl işler?

Accepted Answer

Ücretlendirme, kapsam (ölçüm derinliği, saha günü, katılımcı sayısı) ile ilişkilidir. Ödeme planı ve fatura bilgileri sözleşmede belirtilir; kurumsal müşteri kaydınız üzerinden erişebileceğiniz belgeler ileride portal üzerinden sunulacaktır.

Question 15

How do billing and payment terms work?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the scope (depth of measurement, number of on-site days, number of participants). The payment plan and invoicing details are set out in the contract. Documents you can access through your corporate customer record will be made available on the portal at a later date.

Question 16

What is the DOMINE Index?

Accepted Answer

The DOMINE Index is an assessment tool that measures your organization's level of human-centric maturity across six dimensions: Transformation, Operational CRM, Customer-Centric Strategy, Collaborative CRM, Causality Analysis and Empathy/Experience-Driven Design. Each dimension has 5 questions, making 30 questions in total.

Question 17

Şifremi unuttum / hesap kilitlendi, ne yapmalıyım?

Accepted Answer

Giriş ekranındaki şifre sıfırlama akışını kullanın. Tekrarlayan kilitlenmelerde kurumsal yöneticiniz veya destek hattı üzerinden hesabınızın durumu kontrol edilir.

Question 18

DOMİNE Endeksi nedir?

Accepted Answer

DOMİNE Endeksi, kurumunuzun insan merkezli olgunluk seviyesini altı boyutta ölçen bir değerlendirme aracıdır: Dönüşüm, Operasyonel CRM, Müşteri Merkezli Strateji, İş Birlikçi CRM, Nedensellik Analizi ve Empati/Deneyim Odaklı Tasarım. Her boyut 5 soru içerir, toplamda 30 soru cevaplanır.

Question 19

Çalışan anketleri anonim mi?

Accepted Answer

Bu yaklaşım, insan merkezli felsefemizin temel ilkelerinden biridir.

Question 20

Are the employee surveys anonymous?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The part of the DOMINE Index sent to employees is completely anonymous. Neither the company's management nor the CHCO.tc™ team can see who gave which answer. This approach is one of the core principles of our human-centric philosophy.

Question 21

Can more than one manager in the organization take part in the HCT Discovery survey or the other surveys?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The management roles defined in the HCT Discovery survey and in the DOMINE and V10 measurements can be assigned to several people to fit your organization's structure. The employee side is assessed collectively, under the principle of anonymity.

Question 22

Question 23

What if survey links are blocked on our corporate network?

Accepted Answer

Firewalls or email filters may block the survey or its Lottie/media resources. We can send your IT team a technical summary so they can allowlist the relevant domains and CDN endpoints.

Question 24

Kurumsal ağda anket bağlantıları engelleniyorsa?

Accepted Answer

Güvenlik duvarı veya e-posta filtreleri anketi veya Lottie/medya kaynaklarını engelleyebilir. BT ekibinize ilgili domain ve CDN uçlarının allowlist'e alınması için teknik özet iletilebilir.

Question 25

Accepted Answer

Standart süreç formlar ve CHCO.tc™ platformu üzerinden yürür. Kurumsal entegrasyon ihtiyaçları proje bazında değerlendirilir; teknik fizibilite ve veri minimizasyonu ilkeleri çerçevesinde planlanır.

Question 26

What happens if the contract is terminated or we withdraw from the process?

Accepted Answer

For stages not yet completed, the cancellation and partial-use terms in the contract apply. Completed measurement outputs and anonymised summaries are kept on record within the legal retention periods.

Question 27

What happens after certification?

Accepted Answer

The CHCO.tc™ certificate formally documents that your organization has a human-centric management approach. Certified organizations appear on the CHCO.tc™ reference list, which can strengthen their corporate reputation, and they gain priority access to our events.

Question 28

Is there an API, or integration with HR / BI systems?

Accepted Answer

The standard process runs through forms and the CHCO.tc™ platform. Corporate integration needs are assessed project by project and planned within the principles of technical feasibility and data minimisation.

Question 29

Question 30

Sertifika aldıktan sonra ne olur?

Accepted Answer

CHCO.tc™ sertifikası, kurumunuzun insan merkezli bir yönetim anlayışına sahip olduğunu resmi olarak belgeler. Sertifikalı kurumlar, CHCO.tc™ referans listesinde yer alarak kurumsal itibarlarını güçlendirebilir ve etkinliklerimize öncelikli erişim hakkı kazanır.

Question 31

Hata kodu veya performans sorununda ilk kontrol listesi nedir?

Accepted Answer

Question 32

Kurumsal iletişim ve destek kanalı nedir?

Accepted Answer

Sözleşme sonrası atanmış proje iletişim noktası ve destek e-posta hattı üzerinden ilerlenir. Acil teknik kesintiler için Teknik Destek kategorisindeki yönlendirmeler geçerlidir.

Question 33

What is the relationship between the HCT Architecture and CHCO.tc™?

Accepted Answer

The HCT (Human-Centric Transformation) Architecture defines the methodological framework for transformation. CHCO.tc™ measures, verifies and certifies an organization's maturity within that framework. One is the roadmap; the other is the independent certification authority.

Question 34

HCT Mimarisi ile CHCO.tc™ arasındaki ilişki nedir?

Accepted Answer

Question 35

What should I check first if I see an error code or have a performance issue?

Accepted Answer

Clear your browser cache, try a private window, and test a different network setup (VPN on/off). If the problem continues, open a support request with a screenshot and a timestamp.

Question 36

What is the corporate contact and support channel?

Accepted Answer

Once the contract is signed, communication runs through an assigned project contact and the support email address. For urgent technical outages, follow the guidance in the Technical Support category.

Question 37

How long is the certificate valid?

Accepted Answer

The validity period and renewal conditions are defined by elements such as periodic monitoring and a repeat DOMINE measurement. The current validity period and renewal schedule are set out clearly in the contract and on the certificate.

Question 38

Sertifika ne kadar süreyle geçerlidir?

Accepted Answer

Question 39

Hangi sektörler ve şirket büyüklükleri CHCO.tc™ sertifikasyonuna uygundur?

Accepted Answer

İnsan merkezli olgunluk sektörden bağımsız ölçülür; DOMİNE, V10 ve HCT Keşif ölçümleri farklı ölçek ve yapılara uyarlanabilir. Ön koşul, üst yönetimin sürece fiilen katılması ve ölçümün kurumsal düzeyde temsil edilmesidir.

Question 40

Which sectors and company sizes are eligible for CHCO.tc™ certification?

Accepted Answer

Human-centric maturity is measured regardless of sector, and the DOMINE, V10 and HCT Discovery measurements can be adapted to organizations of different sizes and structures. The prerequisites are that senior management takes an active part in the process and that the measurement represents the organization as a whole.

Question 41

Does the CHCO.tc™ assessment replace consultancy or internal audit?

Accepted Answer

No. CHCO.tc™ offers an independent certification and measurement framework; it is not a strategic consultancy or statutory audit service. The results give a transparent picture of the organization's human-centric maturity and provide input for the certification decision.

Question 42

Question 43

Where is my data stored, and what are my rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)?

Accepted Answer

Personal and corporate data is processed in line with the legislation in force and the terms of the contract. The Personal Data Protection notice and the application process explain your rights to access, correct, delete and object. Current policies apply once they are published on the site.

Question 44

Verilerim nerede saklanır ve KVKK kapsamında haklarım nelerdir?

Accepted Answer

Kişisel ve kurumsal veriler, yürürlükteki mevzuat ve sözleşme hükümleri çerçevesinde işlenir. Aydınlatma metni ve başvuru süreçleri üzerinden erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarınız hakkında bilgi alabilirsiniz; güncel politikalar sitede yayımlandığında referans alınır.
