Web Accessibility Statement

Our commitment at CHCO.tc™ to keep improving the web experience so that everyone can reach the information.

Last updated: 11 April 2026

Our commitment

CHCO.tc™ aims to make its content and services open, understandable and usable for as wide an audience as possible. We work to design and build our website so that it is compatible with different devices, screen sizes and assistive technologies.

Standards and approach

In our accessibility work we aim to take the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA principles as our guide and to raise the degree of conformance. That means paying attention to contrast, keyboard navigation, focus visibility, meaningful heading structures and appropriate labels.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is not a one-off project. We keep the cycle of review and improvement running as content is added and as new components and technology updates land. Our priority is to strengthen the experience over time through user feedback and measurable improvements.

Limits

We may not have full control over third-party content, embedded tools or external links; in those areas the level of accessibility can depend on the provider concerned. Where you identify a problem, we are glad to look for an alternative route together.

Feedback

Telling us about a barrier you have met, or a suggestion you have, is what shapes the order of our priorities. You can reach us through the Contact channels; we aim to reply as soon as we can.
