Philosophy

Defines where the weight sits in a transformation: the balance between people, process and system.

Architecture

The four components that build the framework: the operating logic of HCT, the relationship methodology of PRM, the field discipline of V10 and the measurement index of DOMINE.

Threshold & Ethics

Draws the human boundary around the result: the measurable floor for human contribution, and the assurance of human judgement in the final decision.
